Midwest Radon Services, Inc. did an excellent job with the Radon system and was able to work with our schedule. The only criticism that we have is that we had to ask them to cover up and use booties for their feet, the home was fully renovated and completely clean and had to sweep and clean after them. Otherwise, I would recommend them and use them in the future.

Great communication with Chuck over the phone/text. Easy to get an estimate over the phone and schedule the radon mitigation. Guys that came to install it were on time and very nice. Made some other recommendation based on what they saw. Explained how everything works in detail. Everything looks great and neat. After installation radon levels are below 0.5pCi/L.

After arriving each member of the crew introduced themselves. Crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. Instalation was clean and professionally done. After the installation I was shown the whole system with a full explanation of every component. Very professional group of guys. I would recommend them if you need a Radon system installed. Testing after the installation showed my levels are near zero.

Excellent work! Chuck came up with a radon mitigation plan for my basement that turned out to be the cheapest and least invasive of bids received. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions. It's always nice when the lowest estimate you get is also from the most professional company, and that's what happened with Midwest Radon. Then on the day of the install, they delivered with a top notch job, thorough explanation of the system, and professional, courteous installers. Our basement isn't a great workspace but they got it done quickly and well, and kept the PVC above rafter level so I didn't lose any clearance. The system is working well and I feel great that our house is a safer environment. Highly recommended.

I called to get an estimate for radon mitigation since my levels are still high even though a mitigation system was installed a year ago right before we bought this house. They basically let me know that I should call the company that installed it since it might still be under warranty. Even though they knew they weren't going to get my business, they still told me how to find out who installed the system and even walked me through how to check on some potentially obvious issues so that I could be more informed when I called the other installers.Being super helpful to someone who you know is not even going to buy something from you is absolutely top tier. I can see why they have so many great reviews!

Company installed radon mitigation system that more met radon level test that was conducted by a third party radon test company. More than that Chuck worked with us to arrange installation on short notice even though he was booked up. The team were very professional and efficient. They took care in cleaning up after the installation. I would be more than happy to use them again and strongly recommend that you do.

I am very happy with the work that Midwest Radon Services did a couple weeks ago in my home. We had plenty of unique challenges, including a newly finished basement, but Chuck took the time to devise a plan that was least invasive (compared to two other companies I received quotes from) and still managed to achieve great results in reducing radon from a level around 10 to under 2 pCi/L. I wasn't happy with the noise level after it was first installed and, to be honest, I half expected them to do nothing because I'd already paid. Instead they came out several more times to completely resolve the issue FOR FREE. The installers were super nice too.

I found this service on Yelp and reached out. Chuck came to the house and quoted us. In the basement we have has a crawl space as well that presented a challenge to insulate, but Chuck came up with a solution on how his team could seal it off. A couple weeks later his team came and completed the install. After everything installed we had the house retested and the results were perfect! I would recommend this service.

Thorough, patient, friendly, knowledgeable and best of all MRS saved me a lot of money! A survey of my home was conducted and because of the thorough investigation, MRS discovered that my home was very unusual by the fact that it has five separate foundations. This was an opportunity for someone to sell me five mitigation systems, but MRS was able to figure out a way to mitigate using only one system by using abandoned pipes from the old furnace. I would recommend MRS to anyone in need of mitigation services. If all tradesman were as pro as MRS, the world would be in a much better place! The installation was done nearly a year ago and all is still well. I never leave reviews, but Chuck more than earned this one.

Midwest Radon did an EXCELLENT job. Very knowledgeable and professional. Our radon level was high and though their hard work, we received a low test result.They were thorough and very contentious. They left our home spotless. I would highly recommend them.

During our home inspection we found radon levels at 8, 13 and 15 in different locations. We got other estimates with one that recommended 10 suction points. Midwest Radon was great. They were honest & helpful. They devised a plan for only three points which save time and money. We re-tested this week with levels .3 and .8. Highly recommend them.
